Today, the name Pedrollo is synonymous with enterprise, quality, and workmanship done right. Like every great story, it has deep roots—long before Silvano Pedrollo, the company’s founder and president, rolled up his sleeves and followed his unstoppable drive to innovate.

Silvano—now honored as a Cavaliere del Lavoro (Knight of Labor)—began as a young boy in a small-town workshop, guided by his father, a man of precision and foresight. It was there that a small, unexpected change would prove to be an idea capable of transforming the course of electric pump manufacturing. From that moment on, every step—whether modest or groundbreaking—has moved in the direction of building a company focused on the future, on the people who will inhabit it, but above all on the present, and on those who, in that present, are in need of support.

From the very beginning, Silvano Pedrollo’s vision has embraced everyone, reaching as far as the ends of the earth. In distant countries, he has helped provide water—the source of life—and, soon after, access to education and healthcare. These meaningful and compassionate actions reveal the human side of an economy that grows sustainably and generates a strong social impact.

Since 1974, when Pedrollo S.p.A. first opened its gates in San Bonifacio, in the province of Verona, Silvano’s goals have been so numerous and far-reaching as to form a true kaleidoscope of dedication: investment in cutting-edge technologies, employee training, international engagement, uncompromising quality.
